RML P39 911 Hypercar

Ray Mallock Ltd., better known as RML, has worked on everything from the Saleen S7 to the Nissan Juke R. In recent years, the company has focused on street cars — the latest of which is the P39, based on the Porsche 911 Turbo S. Immediately recognizable as a 911, P39 takes styling cues from the whale wing Le Mans-winning 911 race cars of the '70s and '80s. Underneath the bodywork, the P39 adds 250 more horsepower to the twin-turbo flat-six with new turbos, intercoolers, exhaust manifolds, and ECU for a total output of 900. The bodywork produces 2,034 pounds of downforce at 177 MPH, more than a new 911 GT3 RS, and is also more stable thanks to a longer wheelbase and wider track — two herculean modifications to a stock chassis. The P39 modification costs $643,000, not including the $230,000 base Turbo S.
