Sagaponac House
In early 2000, developer Harry "Coco" Brown and architect Richard Meier began a modernist development in The Hamptons. The project had plans for 32 homes but only eight houses were completed, and one of them was the Sagaponac House. Designed by architects Calvin Tsao and Zack McKown, the 4,500-square-foot contemporary dwelling features a cube-like design. Private living spaces are spread through the timber tower where an elevator provides access to the five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. The main structure rests on a horizontal volume containing spaces for entertaining. Expansive glazing and sliding glass doors open the interior out to 60-foot swimming pool and sun deck surrounded by 1.36 acres of privacy
