Seiko Prospex SNJ037 Hybrid Diver LE

Released in 1982, the Seiko Hybrid Diver was the world's first diving watch with an alarm and chronograph. The Prospex SNJ037 celebrates that model with a modern interpretation. It's powered by a Caliber H855 solar quartz movement, which runs the three hands as well as a display at 6 o'clock. The latter is larger than on the original and serves as a diving log, depth meter, chronograph, alarm, and calendar. The rest of the black dial is occupied by LumiBrite indexes, with the lume also appearing on the hands and the unidirectional rotating bezel. Its chunky 46.9mm stainless steel case has a hard black coating, is water resistant to 200 meters, and sits on a matching bracelet with a three-fold clasp. The SNJ037 Hybrid Diver is limited to 4,000 examples, with its limited edition nature and serial number engraved on the caseback.
