Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless Earphones

Sennheiser announced the latest in its Momentum line of earbuds, the Momentum True Wireless 4, at the 2024 CES in Las Vegas. The True Wireless 4 is built on Qualcomm's S5 Sound Gen 2 platform and features support for AptX Lossless tech, delivering low-latency CD-quality sound with a compatible device. Power-saving Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast, a one-to-many broadcasting protocol, is also supported. Adaptive noise canceling has been improved along with battery life, with up to 7.5 hours of continuous listening. Also previewed were the Momentum Sport, a wireless set for active users. The Momentum Sport tracks heart rate and body temperature, syncing with devices and apps from Apple, Garmin, Polar, Peloton, and Strava. They're also IP55 rated against dust and water, and have a semi-open design to heighten environmental awareness — although noise canceling is also available. The Momentum 4 arrive in February 2024, with the Momentum Sport dropping in April.
