Shepard Fairey's Los Angeles Home

We're not sure whether his iconic "HOPE" poster was actually designed there, but considering there's both an office in Shepard Fairey's Los Angeles Home — as well as a studio in the two-car garage — it's not out of the question. This 1929 Mediterranean located in Los Feliz has four bedrooms and four baths, tons of character, with thick archways, plaster walls, and exposed beams, and plenty of outdoor space, with a terraced yard that enhances the views. No word on whether the art comes with the house, but you'll be able to enjoy the remnants of Fairey's work left on the garage walls regardless.
