Siegel House

During his time as professor at the University of Utah's School of Architecture, John Sugden brought the Palm Springs aesthetic to the mountains of Utah, and one of his mid-century masterpieces is for sale. Built in 1962, the steel frame and glass residence embodies the era with clean planes and sharp angles. Its 4,600-square-foot interior has been completely renovated, merging contemporary finishes with the home's period details, including te original wall-to-wall terrazzo flooring and St. Charles cabinets.Floor-to-ceiling glazing throughout afford views of the wooded property, while the architect's signature glass eyelids, which he was the first to incorporate, envelop the upper portion of the home.
