Singer Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe
In the 1980s, it was possible to order a Porsche 911 (Type 964) with the bodywork of the Turbo but with a naturally aspirated flat six. It became known as the Carrera with Super Sport Equipment, and it serves as the inspiration for the Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe Reimagined by Singer. Each build starts with a 964 donor car, which is carefully disassembled, providing access to the chassis so it can undergo a strengthening process developed with Red Bull Advanced Technologies. Beyond the bodywork, each one is outfitted with a state-of-the-art, 420hp, naturally aspirated flat six, restored and developed by Singer with engineering from Cosworth. Helping to harness that power is latest-generation ABS, traction control, and stability control, selectable drive modes, and a manual six-speed gearbox. The interior is created according to the owner's wishes, with bespoke paint, leather, seats, and material finishes. Limited to just 100 commissions, it's an ideal way to enjoy this 964 variant's classic setup without dealing with the hassle of a 30-year-old car.
