Space Camera Co. Nasa Mercury Hasselblad Camera
NASA chose Hasselblad 500C cameras to send into space on the Mercury missions of the early '60s. This isn't one of them, but it is as close as you can get without acquiring an original. This specific camera is the last in a limited run of ten cameras and has been completely refurbished, cleaned, and lubricated before being modified using the same techniques as the NASA engineers. These include a modified speed crank, a modified 12-exposure film back, an anti-reflective coating on the 500C body, and a modified Hasselblad 80mm F2.8 lens. It ships with a spanner wrench, waterproof case, and bonus flown-in-space artifact. In addition, all proceeds go to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
