Tailor Made Ferrari Roma Spider
Ferrari shows the range of customization available through its Tailor Made program with a one-off Roma Spider, on display at the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena. Journeying is the theme chosen for this Roma, applied to details throughout the interior: Thread for the center section of the chrome-free Nappa leather seats is made from recycled tires and sustainably sourced wood trim is used in the interior. Aluminum recycled from the Ferrari foundry was used in production of the twin-turbo V8, and lasers were used to etch the Ferrari shield on the fenders and a compass rose with the coordinates of Maranello on the hood. Keeping with the travel theme, a Montblanc pen with solid gold and platinum nib is color-matched to the exterior. The Ferrari One of a Kind exhibition runs through February 17th.
