Tarform Raye Electric Jetski

Brooklyn-based Tarform is making a radical swing with its next vehicle, the Raye electric jetski. Following up on the Luna electric motorcycle, the Raye continues Tarform's sleek design language with lines that mimic its namesake, the manta ray. Two versions of the Raye will be powered by an electric propulsion system that makes 70 or 120 horsepower and one or two hours of ride time per charge. Top speed is an estimated 43 knots or 50 MPH. A digital display is integrated into the handlebars, running proprietary software that's capable of over-the-air updates. The two-up jetski will be available in either recycled carbon fiber or Tarform's exclusive biodegradable flax seed composite used in the Luna. The Raye is currently under development, with no firm time on production or delivery.
