Their Bourbon Cask Finish Rum starts as a blend of 8-year-old column still rums from Barbados, the Dominican Republic, and Trinidad, combined with a high-ester unaged Jamaican pot still rum. The blend is then finished in Uncle Nearest's 1856 Bourbon Cask Barrels, resulting in a rich, sipper imparted with flavors of spiced apple, black currant, and charred wood. Limited to just 10,000 bottles, it's available alone or in a bundle with Kindred Spirits, a cocktail manual featuring Black bartenders from across the USA.
