The Book of General Ignorance
"That what I don't know, I don't think I know." - Socrates
Prepare to learn that you "don't know" a lot more than you think, thanks to The Book of General Ignorance by John Mitchinson and John Lloyd ($14). This tome of the trivial throws plenty of common conventions under the bus — such as the fact that camels store fat, not water, in their humps. Is it any surprise that one of the writers also pens the British TV show Quite Interesting?
