As Marvel's resident God of Thunder, Chris Hemsworth's body is chiseled to perfection. The mastermind behind his bulging biceps is the actor's personal trainer Luke Zocchi, and for the first time, the pair are sharing the blueprint to building Avenger-worthy muscles. Available through Chris' fitness app Centr, the 10-week program was filmed on the set of Thor: Love and Thuner and is modeled after the plan used to prep Hemsworth for the role. Workouts are performed by Chris's stuntman Bobby Holland Hanton and are split into three levels that progress over time. To keep track of your gains, there's an in-app rep and weight-tracking function, while a nutrition handbook helps maximize results.
