The Macallan TIME : SPACE Collection

2024 marks the 200th anniversary of The Macallan. To celebrate, they're introducing a new scotch collection dubbed TIME : SPACE. The titular release comes in a dual-chamber vessel meant to represent time travel. The outer chamber is filled with a 1940 vintage that is the oldest ever released by the distillery, while the inner chamber houses a 2018 vintage. The bottle is housed in an oak sculpture designed to accentuate the color of the whiskey, with alternating American and European oak layers serving as an homage to the brand's sherry-seasoned oak casks. Limited to 200 examples.
