The One residence is headed for auction and is expected to become the most expensive house in America. Estimated to bring in $295 million, the 100,000-square-foot megamansion is situated on a 3.8-acre hilltop in Bel Air overlooking the Pacific Ocean and downtown Los Angeles. It features an infinity moat that wraps around three sides of the home and an interior that boasts a 5,500 square-foot primary suite with a private patio, swimming pool, and hot tub. Elsewhere, there's also a salon, spa, 40-seat theater, cigar lounge, bowling alley, and nightclub, while the exterior includes a 400-foot outdoor running track, tennis court, and putting green. Listed by agents Aaron Kirman and Branden and Rayni William, bidding will run from February 7 to February 10 on Concierge Auctions.
