Toyota Land Cruiser ROX Concept
Toyota brought a highly customized Land Cruiser to the 2024 SEMA show to share the stand with its surf-inspired 4Runner. The Land Cruiser ROX — short for "Recreation Open eXperience — returns the Land Cruiser to its open-top roots. The concept starts with the new 2024 Land Cruiser and removes the bodywork rear of the C-pillar. Front and rear skeleton doors with open panels at the bottom help bring the outdoors in — literally and figuratively — along with a sliding soft top. Underneath the new body are forged aluminum control arms, a four-inch lift, and independent suspension tuned by Toyota's in-house racing division, Toyota Racing Development. Gear storage comes via a triple-bar roof rack and integrated MOLLE panels. The 2024 SEMA runs from November 5-8 in Las Vegas.
