Trey the Triceratops Skeleton
For nearly thirty years, Trey stood at the heart of the Wyoming Dinosaur Center in Thermopolis, where more than one million visitors came face to face with the Triceratops. Now, for the first time, he's going up for sale through Pharrell Williams' auction platform. Excavated in 1993 from the Lance Formation near Lusk, Wyoming, Trey measures 17 feet, 4 inches long and stands over 7 feet tall at the horn. Preserved as a sub-adult, his bones have been colored by millions of years of mineral absorption. He is the only museum-exhibited Triceratops skeleton ever to come to auction.
