Trophy Room x Air Jordan 1 Freeze Out
Legend has it that future rival Isiah Thomas and other veterans conspired to keep the ball away from Michael Jordan during the 1985 All-Star game. Whether they were jealous of the rookie's skill, his shoes, his popularity, or if it's all hearsay, no one can say. What is clear is Jordan hasn't forgotten about it, and now his son Marcus' sneaker boutique Trophy Room is issuing a special edition Air Jordan 1 dedicated to the moment. It's based on the same "Chicago" colorway MJ wore during the game but augmented with a translucent outsole featuring stars inspired by the game's logo. Only 12,000 pairs will be made available, either via raffle or through third-party retailers.
