Building off of their first chronograph, the U3, Unimatic is upping the ante with the release of the U3 Chronodiver. Also known as the Modello Tre, the new timepiece features an incredibly comfortable case which is available in brushed stainless steel (ref. U3-F), or with a black DLC finish (ref. U3-FN). The case offers a 300-meter depth rating with screw-down pushers and thick double domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal — making it as useful underwater as it is on dry land. The U3 is also the first in the Unimatic family to have a professional diver bezel insert, which sits firmly in place around a black matte dial with heritage sized white Super LumiNova markers and 60-minute and 24-hour sub-dials. The U3 is powered by Seiko VK64 Meca-quartz movement that combines the accuracy of quartz with the crisp feel and performance of a mechanical chronograph. Each timepiece comes with a black NATO strap with matching hardware and a new unique, shock-proof two-slot Tough Case: a lifelong durable packaging that becomes a useful watch-box to preserve your collection at home or when traveling. The U3-F is one of 400 pieces and the U3-FM is one of just 200.
