Urwerk UR-112 Aggregat Back to Black Watch

Urwerk introduces its newest mechanical timepiece, the UR-112 Aggregat Back to Black. The watch is inspired by the Bugatti Atlantic Type 57 SC from the collection of Ralph Lauren. Taking cues from the rare automobile, the watch features a clean, slanted silhouette with a spine running along its body. A steel bonnet with grooved detail opens to reveal a central titanium body housing the seconds mechanism and the power reserve. The time is displayed on the front of the case in two large sapphire crystal housings. At first glaze, it appears to be a digital display, although the hours and minutes are jumping on satellite prisms. Its sophisticated mechanism is powered by a UR-13.01 caliber with a 48-hour reserve, while a black rubber watch completes the stealth aesthetic. Limited to 25 examples.
