Vanilla Sky Alpha One GTO Coupe
Ferrari hates third-party replicas of its cars, so much so that they convinced an Italian court to designate the 250 GTO as a work of art in response to a fellow Italian firm planning to build them. With only 36 250 GTOs made and price tags of over $50 million, there's probably a market for 250 GTO replicas — and this is of the few ways to get your hands on one. Built by Joe Alphabet with tooling that changed hands due to legal pressures over the years, the Alpha One 250 GTO is powered by a small-block Chevy V8 mated to an automatic transmission. The car's biggest claim to fame is being driven in the dream sequence of the 2001 film Vanilla Sky by Tom Cruise. The car was restored in 2007 and even includes documentation like the title in Paramount Pictures' name.
