The plane was traveling from Tel Aviv to France when members of The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine - External Operations forced a landing in Entebbe. The passengers were held hostage while the radicals demanded Israel to release imprisoned members of their group. Directed by Narcos producer José Padilha, Daniel Brühl and Rosamund Pike will star when the film comes to theaters March 16, 2018.
