Some vintage-influenced timepieces draw liberally — i.e. steal — from their predecessors. The FRXB014 from Naval Watch Co. draws inspiration from a vintage diving watch, yet has original hand and case designs. A unidirectional, non-clicking bezel surrounds the semi-matte ivory-white dial, adorned with vintage ivory LumiNova-filled indexes, numerals, and hour/minute hands. Over the years, Keanu Reeves has gone from surfer dude/teen idol to legitimate actor and star. In the former part of his life, around 1993, he posed for writer/photographer Stephen Hamel for an interview in i-D's Sound Issue.
