The Race to Alaska is one of sailing's most brutal races. The route is 750 miles from northern Washington to the southern tip of Alaska, with no motors and no support. Frigid temperatures, open sea, and treacherous channels all conspire to push the most prepared participants to the limit. But one group is taking the challenge to another level — by becoming the first team of paralyzed sailors to complete the race.
