It's not the first time, and it won't be the last. When the sun rose on New Year's Day, the iconic Hollywood sign had had its spelling slightly changed. The first time it happened was in 1976, in a celebration of California relaxing its laws on marijuana. VICE caught up with the merry prankster responsible for the latest incident, Zach Fernandez, aka Jesus Hands, to see what the motivation was for defacement.
