Imaging at a Trillion Frames Per Second

Our love affair with slow motion just got even more intense. Using inspiration from stop-action photography pioneer Harold Edgerton, the MIT Media Lab Camera Culture group has developed a high-speed camera that can capture 1,000,000,000,000 frames per second, fast enough to capture light in motion.
