The film will follow him across the border as he attempts to rescue a friend's daughter from a Mexican cartel. Also starring Paz Vega, Sergio Peris-Mencheta, Adrianna Barraza, and Yvette Monreal, Rambo: Last Blood is slated for release September 20, 2019.
