Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese team up for the ninth time for The Irishman. Based on Charles Brandt's book Heard You Paint Houses, the film centers around Frank Sheeran — a former hitman for the Bufalino crime family — as he looks back on his life of crime. During the process, the film will touch on some of America's greatest unsolved mysteries, including the disappearance of union boss Jimmy Hoffa. Also starring Al Pacino and Joe Pesci, the film will stream on Netflix November 27th after premiering in theaters on November 1, 2019.
