Tesla set a new record for four-door sedans at the Laguna Seca race track in Monterey, California. The Model S Plaid prototype — apparently a new trim level — lapped the track in 1:36.555, beating the old record by a second. One small problem though — Tesla didn't have track officials on-hand to validate the record, so as yet it's unofficial.

The film starts off as a typical first date until a traffic stop gone wrong forces the new couple to go on the run.
