Patty Jenkins returns as director while Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig, Pedro Pascal, and Robin Wright co-star. Wonder Woman 1984 will release in theaters and stream exclusively on HBO Max on December 25, 2020.

Just after Clay's surprise knockout of Sonny Liston for the heavyweight boxing title, Clay heads back to his hotel room and one of the most legendary meetings in American history ensues. While the event did happen, next to nothing is known about the details, making this film ripe for speculation.
