Vintage Dunhill F-86 Sabre Jet Lighter

The F-86 Sabre was at one point the fastest aircraft on Earth. Setting a then-record of 570mph in September 1948, it was immortalized with a run of lighters from London-based Dunhill between 1954 and 1961. This lighter is one of those, with a flip-top canopy that opens to show the working guts of the lighter, and a Tiffany desk object appearance otherwise. Made in England, lighter only.
