Volkswagen I.D. Vizzion Concept

Like most recent concepts, the Volkswagen I.D. Vizzion sedan is all-electric and fully autonomous. Unlike many, this one will make it into production. Part of the I.D. family that will begin rolling out in 2020, its all-wheel-drive system will offer 302 hp and a range of 413 miles. The concept is equipped with level 5 autonomy, and the cabin is devoid of all traditional controls, operated solely by voice and gesture. A production version — expected by 2022 at the latest — will include a steering wheel and pedals but will use the same all-electric powertrain as the concept seen here.
