Xing Miss R Electric Supercar
Electric supercars are either already here or on the very near horizon, depending on which way you're looking. Taiwanese manufacturer Xing Mobility has one prototype electric race car, the Miss E, and gearing up to go to market with the Miss R, an all-electric, rally-inspired supercar. The specs are beyond impressive: 1,341 horsepower and a 0-60 time of 1.8 seconds. Each wheel is driven by its own electric motor with independent suspension and active dampers, meaning handling should be second-to-none. An in-house liquid-cooled battery pack promises peak performance at all times and long battery life. All this might should to good to be true, but Xing plans on having the car in customers hands Fall of 2018.
