Yamaha EMF Electric Scooter
Yamaha and Twainese firm Gogoro have combined to release the EMF electric scooter, powered by Gogoro's swappable battery tech. The new scooter sports futuristic, angular styling, with stacked LED headlights and chiseled body moldings that are far more aggressive than the usual step-through scooter. The EMF comes with a large TFT display that includes turn-by-turn navigation and system information, along with a smartphone app that allows for the key — an NFC card — to be turned on and off remotely. Range specs weren't released, by Gogoro's battery tech means that the battery can be changed out at a station when depleted.
