Zippo's first solid-copper prototype was introduced in 1969. It has only made a few limited appearances in the decades since, including this pre-production offering. As the name suggests, its standout feature is a hand-finished solid copper case that's designed to develop a unique patina over time. It's paired with the company's first-ever black-coated steel insert maintaining the windproof design, and also features a unique bottom stamp. Arriving in a gift box, it's made in Bradford, PA, and works best when filled with authentic Zippo lighter fuel.
