Complements Modular Chocolate

Playing with your food is more than acceptable with Complements Modular Chocolate. A collaboration between design agency Universal Favourite and Bakedown Cakery, custom 3D printed molds create edible Legos that can be stacked in a variety of combinations to create your own unique candies. You can keep it classic with dark chocolate and strawberry, or put together something a little more interesting like pistachio and matcha. Other flavors include shortbread, black current, cookies and cream, fairy floss, cherry, watermelon, vanilla, and lemon.

    Paqui Carolina Reaper Tortilla Chip

    Normally, you worry about eating the whole thing when you open a bag of chips. That won't be a problem here. The Paqui Carolina Reaper Tortilla Chip is made using the Carolina Reaper Pepper, also known as the hottest chili pepper on Earth. Bred by "Smokin" Ed Currie — who also helped create the chip's seasoning — the reaper has a heat rating of 1.57 million Scovilles, or over 78,000 times hotter than the hottest jalapeño you'll find. Also joining the fray are ghost peppers and chipotle seasoning, making the chip so incredibly spicy that it's sold one-at-a-time in its own coffin-shaped box.

    Sansaire Steak Aging Sauce

    We all know dry aging creates incredibly flavorful, tender steaks. It also requires a commitment of time, space, and money that most of us don't have. Sansaire Steak Aging Sauce gives you the same flavor in as little time as it takes to cook a piece of meat. Just add a tablespoon for every pound of meat you have in your bag, cook your meat sous vide, and sear it when it's done. This mix of fish and soy sauces, molasses, and MSG for its glutamic acid gives a close approximation of the flavors you get via dry aging, but without the wait, and also provides added natural sugars to give your meat a golden crust when seared.
