Lexus LF-A

Lexus LF-A

Although it's purely a concept, the Lexus LF-A ($TBA) sure would make a helluva production car. The LF-A is powered by a 500-plus horsepower V-10 engine, which along with its advanced aerodynamics, makes a top end speed of 200 mph quite possible. The front mid-engine placement works together with a rear-mounted transaxle and rear-mounted radiators to give the car excellent weight distribution. Add to that an eight-speed direct paddle sport gear box and large cross-drilled disc brakes, and you've got a car that's just begging for production. [Thanks, Ted]

  • BMW M3 Concept

When it comes to sport coupes, there are few more revered than the BMW M3. The new BMW M3 Concept ($TBA) carries on that tradition with stats like a V8 engine with two air intakes, 19-inch light alloy wheels, M3-specific body moldings, and a roof constructed of carbon fiber reinforced plastic. No word yet on when the production model of this concept will be available, but we can't wait to test drive it — which is unfortunately the only way we will ever get to touch this car.

  • Dodge Demon Concept

If you're looking for an affordable ragtop, are sick of Miatas, and aren't feeling the Solstice, check out the Dodge Demon Concept ($TBA). The car is still in the concept stage, but is stacked with a 172hp 2.4-liter engine paired to a six-speed manual and a rear-wheel drivetrain. It also features 19-inch wheels, but concept wheels that large rarely past the concept stage, which is exactly where we hope this car is headed — in particular in a possible 300-hp SRT model. More pics after the jump.
