Carlsson C25

While we think there's nothing wrong with the MB SL65 AMG, well-respected tuners Carlsson apparently saw plenty of room for improvement, as evidenced by the Carlsson C25 ($TBA). This ultra-exclusive supercar — only 25 will be made, with one going to each of 25 countries in which it will be sold — boasts a modified body with even more moxie than its plain counterpart, performance specs including a top speed of 218 mph, a 0-62 mph time of just 3.7 seconds, and 753hp delivered by a six litre Mercedes-Benz V12 Bi-Turbo power plant, an intelligent lowering system C-Tronic suspension which automatically recognizes road characteristics and driving manners and constantly adjusts the suspension settings accordingly, ultra-light forged 20-inch wheels, and more.

  • Aston Martin Carbon Black Special Editions

Just in case your normal, standard-issue Aston Martin isn't cool enough for you, there's the Aston Martin Carbon Black Special Editions ($TBA). The company's DBS and V12 Vantage will both get the carbon black treatment which includes a metallic black finish that's meant to offer a different look in different conditions, carbon fiber-and-Kevlar seats covered in black leather with silver stitching, anodized black tread plates, piano black dashboards and center consoles, and more.

  • Veritas RS III

Normally we consider it a bonus when we hear a car has simply been tested at the Nürburgring. But built there? The Veritas RS III ($TBA) is a throw back to Germany's first Formula I car, complete with an open-air single-person cockpit, vicious, car-eating looks, a BMW V10 pumping out 507 hp, a top speed of around 215 mph, Recaro seat(s), Brabham Racing perforated ceramic disc brakes, and the feeling that only comes from driving a car built by hand. Just get your wallet prepared, because truth on wheels surely isn't cheap.
