1966 Ford Bronco Roadster
Those looking for a restomod classic Bronco with a Coyote V8, automatic transmission, and modern suspension and brakes are going to have to look elsewhere. Because here is an original 1966 example restored — with all its '60s car tech retained. This Bronco Roadster had a years-long restoration before being bought by the current owner in 2021. The inline-six is factory-rated at 89 horsepower and 146 lb-ft of torque, and probably makes most of those numbers. Shifting is via a three-speed manual with selectable two or four-wheel-drive through a two-speed transfer case. Solid front and rear axles are suspended by leaf springs front and rear — just as Dearborn intended. The SUV is currently up for sale on Bring a Trailer.
