1967 Kaiser Jeep M715
Based on the Jeep Gladiator made from 1962 to 1988, the M715 was the military version of the full-size Jeep pickup. Nicknamed "five-quarter" for its one-and-one-quarter hauling capacity, the M715 is the ultimate version of Gladiator. This 1967 M715 has had a full restoration and a few upgrades that make the stripped-down military truck a little more civil on public roads. The original engine has been swapped for a 350 GM V8 and Oldsmobile automatic transmission, giving it a major boost in power and drivability. Power goes to all four wheels via a heavy-duty transfer case and Dana 60 front and 70 rear axles. A two horsepower winch on the front steel bumper means that you can pull yourself or someone else out of nearly any spot you might be stuck in, although that will be hard with the 42" Mickey Thompson Super Swamper tires. This M715 will cross the auction block October 4th with no reserve.
