1967 Rolex Paint Splatter Submariner 5512 Watch

Subjected to decades of daily wear on the wrist of an active painter, this 1967 Rolex Submariner 5512 has a one-of-a-kind patina. The 40mm stainless steel case, black bezel insert, crystal, and matching stainless bracelet are all covered in specs of paint. Fittingly, there are also signs of normal use, including scuffs, scratches, and nicks, as well as a heavily worn dial that's been relumed, yet still shows the lume of the "Mercedes" hand completely detached. The 1570 automatic movement has visible corrosion and is not operating; it will need restoration to restore the timepiece, finished with an "I LOVE YOU MR BOND SHARON" inscription on the case back, to working order.
