1968 Sonny Levi G. Cinquanta Day Boat
Italian industrialist Gianni Agnelli was once the head of Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, and Ferrari as well as the richest man in modern Italian history. He also had impeccable taste in boats, like this day boat that he commissioned to be designed by Renato "Sonny" Levi in 1967. The result was the 37 ft. "G. Cinquanta" or G50 that was powered by four 8.0-liter, V-8 Vulcano engines totaling 1,280 hp. The boat's hull is made from laminated mahogany, with a deck in teak from Burma. The iconic craft has been kept in incredible shape and is up for auction right now through Sotheby's.
