1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302
The Trans-Am racing series is where American muscle cars went to race in the late 60s and early 70s. The battles between the Mustang and Camaro were legendary and inspired the car you see here. This 1970 Boss 302 Mustang has period-correct modifications that recreate the look of Parnelli Jones' Trans-Am entry. The car rides on Koni shocks and magnesium Minilite wheels and has chassis modifications to strengthen the frame at critical points. Flared fenders and the original 302 cubic-inch motor and four-speed Hurst transmission make this Mustang go like it looks.
