1977 Ferrari 308 GTB Vetroresina by Scaglietti
Thanks to its starring role in Magnum P.I., the vast majority of Ferrari 308s left the factory in Rosso Corsa red. That alone makes this 1977 308 GTB different. It was delivered to Germany in a light metallic gold Oro Chiaro with a tan interior and was one of only 712 fiberglass-bodied Vetroresinas built. In the 1980s, it made its way from Europe to California, eventually landing in Toronto in 2009 before undergoing a 1,200-hour restoration to bring it back to factory-correct condition. The result was a 99.5 out of 100-point score at the 2018 Ferrari Club of America National Meet, earning it Platinum and Coppa Bella Macchina awards. Showing just under 99,000 km on its odometer, it's been driven under 2,000 km since its restoration and should provide years of enjoyment for its next owner.
