1986 Michael Jordan Game Worn & Signed Nike Air Jordan 1 Sneakers

Michael Jordan was working his way back from a foot fracture earlier in the season when he took to the court against the Bucks on April 1, 1986. Coming off the bench, he scored 28 points in just 26 minutes, all while wearing this specific pair of Nike Air Jordan 1 sneakers. Stamped as a player sample, they have a couple of notable quirks, including a missing eyelet on the right shoe, and a midsole and outsole taken from the Nike Dunk that were both softer, wider, and thus better for MJ's healing bones. Jordan's signature can be seen under the missing eyelet and has been authenticated, as have the photo-matched provenance of the shoes.
