1987 Porsche 924S Baja Rally Car
Once considered the stepchild of the Porsche family, the 924/944 is gaining popularity, partly due to a massive increase in love for all things Porsche, and partly due to the great driving dynamics. When co-owners Chris Harrell and Michael Prstojevich wanted something unique to run in the 2019 Baja XL and Coastal Range Rewind rallies for charity, they picked this 924S and built it into a car worthy of sitting next to its 911 Safari cousins. If you're going to go offroad, tires and suspension are key, and a lift kit along with 15" Braid rally wheels provide ample clearance and traction. A Warn winch, roof rack, and custom-bent brush bar with enough Hella lights to turn night into day leave no doubt as to what the purpose of the build is. The Porsche also comes with a Garmin GPS so you can traverse the great outdoors without a navigator.
