Mention armored vehicles and the first thing that comes to mind are lumbering SUVs or large executive sedans — and sports cars. With modern advances in materials, the time of the armored sports car has come, and AddArmor's RS7 redefines what armored vehicles can do. Starting with the RS7's twin-turbo V8, AddArmor joined with top-tier VW and Audi tuner APR to boost output to 760 horsepower — 200 more than the stock car's 560. Instead of traditional steel plating, a polycarbonate composite armor is used, adding only 200 pounds to the total weight. This means you get the most from the huge power increase in the form of a 0-60 sprint in less than three seconds. The package also gets you a suite of James Bond-style gadgets: Pepper spray dispensers in the B-pillars, tear gas, a positive-pressure system to prevent gas entering the cabin, and a frequency jammer for drones.
