1993 Lionel Messi Jersey

Before Lionel Messi was the greatest footballer on the planet, he was a 5-year-old in Rosario, Argentina, playing for Club Abanderado Grandoli in 1993. This long-sleeve red and white jersey is one of the earliest known game-used Messi jerseys in existence, worn during a tournament in which Grandoli faced opponents a year older, and won. The number 10 on the back has faded from decades of washing, but the jersey retains its original color and structure. It comes with a notarized letter of provenance from the Province of Santa Fe, and was featured on Season 3 of Netflix's King of Collectibles: The Goldin Touch. La Pulga, before the world knew to pay attention.
