2017 Raceworks Raptor Pre-Runner Truck
Ford's F-150 Raptor has its roots in desert-racing Baja trophy trucks and thus has serious offroad chops. But like any street vehicle, it's a compromise between something you can live with every day and something that's still able to tackle the unpaved outdoors. This Raceworks Raptor is not that truck. Originally built in 2007, this Raptor pre-runner has a custom chassis with fiberglass Raptor body panels and dashboard. Outside of that, it's a real Baja beast, with a Danzio LS V8 making 564 horsepower and 520 lb-ft of torque. Fox suspension components are at every wheel, along with Brembo brake calipers and aircraft-grade hoses and fittings. The interior is far more comfortable than your average trophy truck, with powered Sparco racing buckets, a Raptor dash, and infotainment displays. If you're in the market for a serious offroad truck or looking to run the next Baja 1000, this is the one you've been waiting for.
