2019 Ford GT Carbon Series

The Ford GT is already a thinly-veiled street-legal race car, and Ford is making their carbon fiber wonder a notch better with the Carbon Series. The Carbon Series ditches a few creature comforts like cupholders and the driver's side storage bin in the door while adding gloss coated carbon fiber wheels to reduce weight by over 40 pounds. To make sure no one mistakes the Carbon Series for a run-of-the-mill GT, racing stripes, body panels, and A-pillars come in exposed carbon fiber. An optional accent package in silver, orange, red or blue adds a dash of color to the mirror caps, center stripe, and brake calipers. Don't worry if you missed out on the GT supercar — the Blue Oval is increasing production to 1,350 units, with around 50 earmarked to be Carbon Series models.
